Firehawk-Systems (c) 2026 Freedom Contract revision 1.0 By using the matrix-based instance software operated by Firehawk-Systems, I hereby acknowledge; Firehawk-Systems intends for this service to provide unrestricted speech for its users, but in balance with its privacy principles, will take exception to speech which discloses an individual's personal information, whether they exist on this platform or not. Information which Firehawk-Systems considers personal includes the following: - A user's real name (If not disclosed on their matrix profile) - Any adjacent information which may promote or enable the Doxxing of a user If I believe another user has violated my privacy in a public space/room, I may contact an admin, or directly respond to the message requesting its removal (If Firehawk-Systems admins are present). If I believe another user has violated my privacy in a private space/room, I will block the user responsible, and/or invite an admin to the room to verify the validity of my claim. The above clause shall not apply to any politician, celebrity, or other public figure whom is not present on the platform. I acknowledge that by leaving all public rooms operated by Firehawk-Systems, I am creating a "Shadow Account" and my account may be deleted without recourse. I accept that "Bot Speech" does not qualify under the "Free Speech" clauses in this agreement, as it does not promote meaningful conversation, and my account may be muted, kicked, or banned for such conduct. I accept any form of communication made by myself or other users does not reflect the beliefs or opinions of Firehawk-Systems as an entity, nor any individual representing Firehawk-Systems. When I encounter content I believe to be illegal (e.g. CSAM) in any space/room/direct message, I will contact an administrator of Firehawk-Systems, and if required, pursue with the relevant authorities. If I deem content to be "Hate Speech" or otherwise objectionable, I will utilize available mechanisms to block the individual user responsible. I acknowledge Firehawk-Systems is under no obligation to remove such content. When I communicate in private spaces/rooms/direct messages which Firehawk-Systems cannot moderate, I will adhere to these condition(s).

Definitions

Free Speech The right to express one's thoughts, opinions, and ideas freely on any topic, without fear of censorship or punishment. This includes controversial, unpopular, or offensive speech, as long as it does not present imminent threats of violence directed at indvidual(s). Hate Speech Sorry, this definition could not be found. At Firehawk-Systems we do not draw lines in what Free Speech means based on how we feel about what was spoken (Perhaps it is actually just Free Speech you can't handle?). Doxxing The act of revealing an individual's personal information with the express or implicit intention of causing said individual reasonable fear of physical harm. Bot Speech Content generated by automated processes within the public or private chats using Firehawk-Systems infrastructure. Shadow Account(s) Account(s) that leave all the public rooms provided by Firehawk-Systems as a means of evading moderation while interacting with users directly, locally or over the Fediverse.
